The Oster 12R was largely produced in the 1940's and 1950's and are still in the field threading and cutting pipe today. Unfortunately the standards of documentation in the past were not what they are today. While we have all of the blueprints and build lists for the Oster 12R, we do not have any official manual documentation. Most replacement parts are still available and we can refer you to the 8R manual for operating instructions. Please contact us for more information.
